Can you help with the concert?

Good afternoon ladies!

As Helen mentioned at the December meeting a concert is being held on Friday 10th February at St George's Parish church and the WI have been put in charge of refreshments! YAY I love sorting cake and feeding people:-)

I need volunteers to bake and volunteers for the night to serve tea/coffee/cake/wine etc.
If you are interested in helping you would need to be available to bake in time for me to collect cake from you on the Friday afternoon and/or available from 5:30pm to 9:30pm on the night to help set up, help serve and help tidy up refreshments at the end of the night.

I will be holding a quick get together after our WI Meeting on Saturday night so if you are interested and want more information stay behind on Saturday and  I can give you more info, answer questions and start distributing roles.
