North East Cheshire Groups of WIs [NECG]
A group made up of LOCAL WI’s & their
representatives. We are part of this group, although we are taking a back seat
at the moment as we need to concentrate on our own group at this moment in
time.
Our rep is Tracey Bennett, who will be happy to let you have tickets and info on NECG group events. These events will be reported at the meetings. Reps meet several times a year to share ideas, collect tickets and flyers and information to take back to their individual groups. Cale Green: Tracy Bennett

Our WI Adviser Paula |
Our Adviser is the lovely Paula Threlfall and the Committee are forever grateful for her guidance, patience, and great advice.
Cheshire Federation is the second largest Federation and has WIs in towns and villages throughout Cheshire, Halton, Warrington, Stockport, South Manchester and Wirral. Apart from one full time member of staff and two part time staff in the office, everyone involved with running the Cheshire Federation of WIs (CFWI) is a volunteer.
WI HOUSE: Open to all members (closed in August)
- Pop in for a brew.
- Pop in for a brew.
When visiting WI House there is a car park at the end of White friars next to the magistrates court but it is expensive.
If you travel to Chester by train there is a bus from the station to Frodsham Street. The bus from the park and ride by Sainsbury's on the Whitchurch Road/ A55 roundabout drops you in Pepper Street near to WI House.
