A little update on the beginners running group.
I'm able to offer a group to start in February on a Tuesday morning possibly at 10 am. The course runs for 8 weeks taking you from complete beginner to running for 30 mins.
You complete one session with me then 2 more yourself before the next group session.

This will run via a closed facebook group to provide information advice and support.
I can also offer to those that can't make a daytime course the option of doing the course on your own at the same time and using the group for support and motivation.
